New Job!!! Woot!

So I got some great news this past week. Hewlett Packard called me up and offered me a job in Vancouver, WA.

For those of you who don't know, I interviewed with HP last December and hadn't really heard from them since. It was a grueling four hour interview where I had no idea who I was going to talk to or what exactly the position was for. The questions ranged from mind teasers to physics problems to deriving equations, bleh. Not exactly your regular old interview. But I must have done something right.

I start May 1st, two and a half weeks after I get back from Europe. So now the great thing is is that I don't have to worry about getting a job anymore and won't be as worried about my budget over in Europe, Yippee!

Early Birthday Party at Home

So my last weekend home before leaving to Europe, my Mom put together a last minute birthday party! Complete with family, food, and cake! Pretty dang good if you ask me. Chelle made a great tasting cake with flags of Europe printed out along with the "Happy Birthday" of the native language. Trick was, we had to figure out which flag was what country and how they say Happy Birthday there. Remarkably we got them all (with a little help).
